Got the small one for my face and neck. Given time it's been a great addition to my skincare routine as I use this nightly before bed. As a bonus I know i've been able to sleep better so that much about rlt seems to hold true.

I decided to build a full blown home spa and gym since I wanted to go all in on my health. I also purchased a sauna too and that's been doing wonders as well. As for the large panel I got, it's been perfect to use while working out or cooling down. Having the whole suite of health products at home really is a blessing and I'm sure others are looking to do the same.

So like some others out there I found that I dont' react to infrared light positively. Fortunately with this unit I can turn infrared light off and simply use red light only. So for others that need that, this may be your choice.

I decided to go with the medium panel since I wanted to hang it on a door. That's the only one that is suited for such but I also got it for many useful reasons. First I wanted to tackle hair growth. For this I usually take it off the door hanger and put it on the ground so that I can do some planks or stretching while my hair is pointing towards the light. Secondly, I wanted it for recovery reasons. I work out a ton so this has been useful for staying fresh and feeling energetic throughout the entire week. Finally I'm well aware of the skincare benefits, I mean who doesn't want to be a vampire and age slower?

While RLT is generally considered safe for the eyes, we recommend wearing our provided eyewear or similar. Like any source of bright light, it's usually not a good idea to stare at it for long periods of time.

You can independently adjust the Red light and NIR. For instance if you don't want to use NIR, you can adjust it on a scale of 0-100 with 0 being none. Same goes for red light.
